Directions for use:
- Add 10 drops or 1/8 tsp of white vinegar and fill the remainder of bottle with water. Shake well.
- Pour the entire contents of the cleaning solution into the main water receptacle of the unit. Ensure the solution spreads across the entire internal surface of the receptacle. Let it sit for 5 minutes to effectively clean and sanitise the unit.
- Use the cleaning brush to remove any residue from the main water receptacle of the diffuser.
- Use the cleaning swab to remove oil build-up from the smaller components of the diffuser.
- Wipe clean and dry with the woven cloth.
- Wash all components with warm, soapy water and return to the storage pouch once dry.

Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.
Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.
All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.

Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect condition.
