Click & Collect orders are processed within 30 minutes during business hours.
How do I place a Click & Collect order?
Choose "Pick Up" at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 30 minutes during business hours.
What hours are you open?
Click & Collect is open Monday to Friday 9-5pm, excluding public holidays.
I have a baby or I'm very pregnant!
You are welcome to park immediately outside our door, in the parks outside our window. Phone us on 09 8168706 and we'll bring your order out to you.
Can I bring in my return or exchange?
You are welcome to drop returns or exchanges at our Click & Collect office. If you want to exchange, it's best if you contact us in advance to ensure we have what you want and have it ready for you.
Can I come and browse?
I'm sorry, we can't accommodate browsing as we are a working warehouse with heavy machinery. However, you are welcome to place an order from outside in your car and we can get it ready immediately for you.
