Is the Tail Swat safe for babies?
Absolutely! The best thing about our products are that they’re suitable for use on all ages, including newborns.
'Fragrance' is listed as one of the ingredients in this product. What does this mean?
When we first started making products, we used a blend of essentials oils to give them a lovely fragrance. But many people have severe reactions and allergies to them, even in small amounts. As a result, and because we make products for people with sensitive skin, we took them out of most products. Instead, we helped to develop a special kind of fragrant oil, whereby each component in it is less than the EU allergy threshold. This is how we can have a pleasant-smelling product without the reactions. The scents we use are proprietary blends from the company we get them from, and we’ve had no reactions since we made the switch. Also, of course, it is free from phthalates, which is the main concern in fragrances.
My new roller-ball is stuck and won't spin - is this normal?
When you first receive a roll-on product, sometimes you may notice the roller boll is a little stiff or won't move at all. This often happens because of the very cold temperatures our products are either stored in or transported in. Air freight containers can get below 0 degrees sometimes! Getting your roller ball working is easy: simply run the top of your product (with the roller ball) under very warm water. This will loosen the ball and get things 'rolling' again. If you live in a place with fluctuating temperatures or just very cold winters, you may have to do this every so often!

Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.
Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.
All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.
