The multi award-winning 3 Seasons Woolbabe sleeping bags must be the most versatile sleeping bags available! They can be used from 18 to 28 degrees by varying the clothing inside the bag. Ideal for day sleeps year round, and night from spring through to autumn. 3-Seasons Woolbabes are made from 2 layers of gorgeous 30% merino/70% soft organic cotton blend fabric, a beautifully soft fabric knitted exclusively for Woolbabe! So soft and smooth, 3-Seasons Woolbabes are even suitable for babies with eczema or sensitive skin!

What tog is a 3-seasons sleeping bag? Our Woolbabe sleeping bags are a merino blend and are not tog rated. This is because merino is a natural fibre that adjusts according to temperature. Customers that are looking for a 1 tog sleeping bag often choose the 3-seasons Woolbabe because it can be used in similar room temperature ranges but can also be used over a broader temperature range than traditional 1.0 tog sleeping bags making it a more versatile choice.

Woolbabe Sleeping Bags provide a number of benefits:

The Side Zip opens out fully, which is helpful for night nappy changing. It also is simple to air out over the side of your cot every day, meaning much less washing.

This Woolbabe can be used in your buggy with a 5-point harness. It has a double-ended zip on the side, a buggy slot in the front and back of the bag. There are 2 shoulder domes on each shoulder and domes under the arms for use with smaller babies!

Care -

Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water or 30°C water using a quality liquid wool wash
Airing your Woolbabe item daily will reduce how often it needs to be washed
Do not hot wash, rub, soak or bleach
Hang dry or low tumble dry immediately after washing - Do not leave wet in your machine
Do not hot tumble dry
Please note some shrinkage may occur with tumble drying. Not all dryers have a low enough temperature setting. Please check your machines specs before choosing this option

Should I buy a front or side zip woolbabe?

The main considerations are how wriggly your child is and how often you will use the travel slot. If your child is very wriggly or likes to stand up in the cot we recommend a front-zip bag, as they may otherwise pop open the shoulder domes on a side zip bag.

The travel slot in the front-zip bag is only in the back, which means that little feet are unlikely to go through the slot which can happen with a side-zip bag. However if you use the travel slot often you may prefer the slot in the front and back.

One other advantage of the side-zip woolbabe is that it opens out completely flat. This can make nappy changing a bit easier.
