Bedtime Bestie is a gentle magnesium spray combined with lavender essential oil to help relax the body and mind for a restful sleep. Magnesium helps growing bodies, easing growing pains and promoting a calm mind.

Bedtime Bestie is al ightweight, non-sticky texture that absorbsquickly—so there’s no waiting around for it to dry. Just spray, rub, cuddle, and lights out(well, in theory).

Water, Magnesium Chloride, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside,Parfum(Lavender), Benzyl Alcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Citric Acid, Linalool, Limonene

Directions:

Massage 2 sprays on the bottom of each foot 10-30mins before bed.
Can also be used directly on areas of discomfort to help manage growing pains.
