The Sleep Store Merino Knitwear Pants are designed to keep little legs warm while allowing plenty of freedom to move, wriggle, and explore. Crafted from 100% merino wool, these pants are a beautifully soft and breathable layer for babies and young children.

Made in a smooth single jersey stitch, the knit has a clean, classic finish that feels gentle against delicate skin. Merino wool is naturally temperature regulating, helping to keep your little one warm in cooler weather without overheating indoors. It’s the perfect fibre for layering through autumn and winter, whether at home, out for a walk, or heading off to kindy.

The elastic waistband provides a comfortable, flexible fit that makes dressing quick and easy. It gently holds the pants in place without digging in, allowing for all-day comfort – especially important for busy toddlers and little ones in nappies. The soft knit construction also offers natural stretch, ensuring the pants move with your child rather than restricting them.

Materials:

100% Merino Wool — Woolmark Pure Merino Wool, 21 microns

Care:

Machine washable — wash inside out in a laundry bag
Wash with similar colours using an approved wool detergent
Gentle cold or 30°C machine wash on a wool or delicate cycle
Do not high spin, soak, bleach, or use softeners
Dry flat in shade — avoid direct sunlight and do not hang dry (can cause garment to lose shape)
Do not tumble dry or dry clean
Cool iron on reverse — gently reshape by hand if needed
Pilling is normal with soft wool fibres rubbing against other fabrics such as flannelette — this is considered normal wear and tear
Protect from moths and silverfish — store clean garments with lavender or cedar wood to deter pests
