It's been specially formulated to be more gentle and mild. We recommend starting with just a small amount (2 sprays) and apply and massage onto their feet before bed as part of their bedtime routine. After a week or so, in addition to the sprays on their feet, you can also use 2 sprays on their stomach. This combination is a match made in dreamtime heaven, promoting relaxation, calm, and optimal sleep. It is also wonderful support for children with growing pains, restless legs, achy sore muscles and cramps as it eases tension and relaxes the muscles, as well as their nervous system. There are a few things to keep in mind when using on children:
