Available to collect within 30 minutes!
If you are local to us in West Auckland or need your order in a hurry, our fast Click and Collect service is a great option.
We process Click and Collect orders regularly through the day. If you call in and place your order, we'll process it for you immediately.
Weekend Click and Collect orders are available for collection by Monday 9.30am.
If you'd like to pick up your order choose Click & Collect at the checkout, which will notify us to prepare your order for collection.
Covid-19 Update
Click & Collect is available. Please call us when you have arrived at our carpark, speak to one of our team and we will bring your order out to you in your car.
Outlet Store
UPDATE May 2020: Our outlet store is currently closed for browsing. We may make some outlet items available through our VIP facebook group. Please see our Community page for the link.
While you are collecting your order, you may like to browse in our little Outlet Store. This is where we sell our items with damaged packaging, minor seconds or customer returns. You can find some excellent bargains!

Click&Collect pickups are not available on public holidays or weekend days.
All Priority Click and Collect orders placed before 3:00 pm and paid for at the time of order will be ready for collection within 60 minutes. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be ready for collection after 9.30 am the next business day (Monday to Friday only).
Payment for Click & Collect
Click and Collect orders must be paid for before collection. It is best to pay by Credit Card when the order is placed. In the event you have selected Bank Deposit as your payment option, then please phone with your credit card details prior to collection. In the event that Click and Collect orders are paid for by bank deposit, orders will not be available for collection until funds are visible in our bank account.
