Payment and Security
All our credit card transactions are processed through Stripe, a leading global online credit card processing platform. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.

Your credit card details are not seen or retained by The Sleep Store. In the event that a customer wishes to add to an order, we will need to seek card details at this point, as we do not have access to the customer's card details from the original purchase they put through the website.
Credit Card Refunds:
We do not need to seek a customer’s card number to process a refund. Stripe is integrated seamlessly with our Big Commerce website platform, and we can easily process refunds securely in our website admin.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards, through leading global payment processing platform Stripe.
We now accept Afterpay! Afterpay has quickly become a favourite Buy Now Pay Later solution. Afterpay enables you to receive your goods as quickly as if you paid in full up front, but stagger the payments over 4 weeks.
We accept Zip Pay, another favourite Buy Now Pay Later solution. Zip Pay enables you to receive your goods as quickly as if you paid in full up front, but pay your purchase back over time..
Our site is configured for Google Pay, so through your Google account you can easily access saved credit card details to make payments fast and secure
If you have a store credit, you can use this as a payment type at checkout. There are two ways you can obtain a Store Credit. The first is by converting loyalty points from our rewards progamme into a Store Credit that can be used at checkout (once you convert points to a Store Credit, you cannot convert the Store Credit back to rewards points). The second is when our customer services team puts a store credit onto your account.
Customer Service - Extra Payment:
Sometimes we need to take an additional bank deposit payment with a change of order or exchange. Where our Customer Services team asks you to select this payment option, please follow the payment instructions you will receive upon completion of your purchase.
We Chat Pay
We now accept WeChatPay! At the Checkout page simply select "WeChat Pay" as your payment method and submit your order. You’ll be redirected to WeChat Pay to complete your payment (you’ll need to have a WeChat Pay account).

Completing your payment on your desktop computer:
You'll be presented with a QR code which you'll be able to scan using your WeChat Pay app on your mobile device. You’ll then be redirected on your mobile device to WeChat Pay to complete your payment (you’ll need to have a WeChat Pay account).

You'll be presented with a QR code which you'll be able to save to your photo gallery on your device.
Now open your WeChat App, and select Pay, and select the QR Code photo you have saved to your gallery. You’ll then be able to complete your payment (you’ll need to have a WeChat Pay account).
How long do I have to complete my payment on WeChat Pay?
Please complete your payment within 2 hours. Unpaid orders get cancelled after this time.
You can easily re-order all the products on a cancelled order - you can find all the details you need on your Order History on your account
What currency will I be charged if I choose WeChat Pay?
For payments made via WeChat Pay your order will be charged at the CNY (Yuan) equivalent of the AUD (Australian dollar) order grand total amount, WeChat Pay will inform you of this CNY (Yuan) amount prior to you confirming payment.
How can I share my payment?
You can easily share your payment with someone who can complete the payment for you. Just send them the share payment link provided when you place your order.
Simply make sure the payment is complete within 2 hours (after which time your order will be automatically cancelled).
Do you accept cheques or cash?
We regret we are not able to accept payment by cash or cheque.
