To maximise the iron absorption, take Floradix tablets on an empty stomach, approx. 30 minutes or more before a meal or 2 hours after.
- Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet, twice daily. 30 mins before a meal, with liquid.
- Children 3–12 years: 1 tablet daily

All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.
