To maintain the shape and finish of your bag, we recommend staying away from the washing machine.

Use cool water with a soft damp cloth to wipe down the interior and exterior of your pack. Never use bleach or harsh detergents on your bag.

Air dry your back pack. No tumble drying. Hang away from direct sunlight.

For ongoing maintenance, we recommend a monthly routine of a quick wipe-down or brushing. With proper care, your JanSport bag will be with you for many adventures.

We offer fast, economical shipping to Australia, dispatched every week day from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order). Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.

Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.

All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.

Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.
