1. Check that the device is functioning properly with good air tightness and suction pressure.
2. Hold or place the child to be treated in an upright position or in a
position where they are leaning back slightly. Do not use the device
when the child is lying down.
3. During the treatment, hold the device at an angle of 30° to 60° from the face.
4. The nasal aspirator’s suction will only work when the level 1 or 2
button is being pressed. When the button is released, the suction will
stop working.
5. If the child feels any discomfort or pain, stop using the device immediately.
6. Stop using the device when the nasal secretion container is filled up to the “MAX” line.

All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.

Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect condition.
