If I order a towel poncho and it’s the wrong size for me, can I exchange it?You sure can! Provided that the poncho is unused with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. We can arrange an exchange of the correct size for you. Returns and exchanges must be made shortly after the delivery of your items so be sure to try them on as soon as you can. Please ensure you try the poncho on for size before use.
Are the hoods detachable?
No. The hoods are securely stitched to the rest of the garment. Aqualine ponchos are essentially wearable towels with hoods.

We offer fast, economical shipping to Australia, dispatched every week day from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order). Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.
Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.
All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.
