The adjustable seat width and an additional drawstring on the panel support the ergonomic spread-squat-position - for a small newborn or a larger child - ONE carrier, from birth to walking age.
The integrated shoulder straps are attached to the back panel with buckles. For smaller babies the straps are placed under baby’s legs and are clicked into the patented M-buckle, ensuring that even the smallest babies are held firmly and securely in the correct spread-squat position. When your child is older and already has good torso control or can sit on his own, the straps can be re-positioned and fastened in the middle of the back panel. This optimises the weight distribution, enables a back-friendly carrying method, and ensures your child continues to sit comfortably and securely.

We offer fast, economical shipping to Australia, dispatched every week day from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order). Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.
Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.
All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.

Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect condition.
