This new window blockout solution from ErgoPouch is getting rave reviews online. The static-cling material can be cut to size to fit any window. Although the white colour is more nursery-friendly than traditional black designs, it does still block the light out very effectively.

Described as 'a lifesaver', this will help to ensure successful daytime naps for little people who are light-sensitive and like to wake at 5.30am! The non-toxic cling film is wipe clean and customers say this is easy to fit and use.

The pack contains blockout sheets measured at 46 x 183cm. They are available in a 2 pack and a 3 pack.

Easy to apply - just cut the sheet to the right size, wet glass and stick on.

The sheet will then just peel away when you need to take it off.

Tip: For windows with direct sunlight for most of the day the Window Blockout needs to work a little harder to stick to the window. We recommend to cut the blockouts a few cms more than what is needed. These steps will ensure that light doesn't sneak through any gaps & talso to allow for shrinkage. Additionally, apply more water to the window prior to placing the Window Blockout.

How to Use

Instructions to Apply -

Measure the width and length of your window
Add 2CM to each measurement and cut sheets to appropriate size. This will ensure you don't accidentally under-cut and end up with a gap.
Using a spray bottle or a damp cloth, apply water to the window.
Simply peel the blind from the storage sheet.
Gently apply the shiny side of the blockout to the window at the desired height, and smooth the rest of the sheet down with your hand or a credit card.

Air bubbles? Don’t stress, simply peel off and apply again.

To Remove -

Gently remove the sheet by peeling it towards you, away from the window. You can fold or roll for storage to be reused again and again. Ensure blind and window are both clean when reapplying.

Packages are labelled with an Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns. PO Box or Parcel Locker orders are sent with Omni/Aus Post.
