The Love to Dream Swaddle Up 0.2 tog Lite, is made from ultra sheer and cool 97% Cotton.
Swaddle UP is the original and world's first baby swaddle, that allows your baby to sleep with their arms up, this allows them to self soothe.
This option is the LITE option for summer, which is 30% lighter weight than the original - perfect where you really need the lighter weight fabric due to high temperatures. The lighter fabric is stretchier and thinner than the original fabric, so it doesn't offer as much startle control. Ideal for room temperatures between 24-27°C.
When swaddling, Love to Dream Swaddle Up means your baby still has access to their hands. This can be a great solution for babies who 'hate being swaddled' or for parents who prefer their baby to have their arms up.
Swaddle Up is useful for babies as you are weaning them off swaddling too, as they get used to having more movement and access to their hands, they're ideal for cat-nappers who aren't wrapped at night - many older babies sleep much longer in the day if they are wrapped, and this gives you the benefits of wrapping without restricting older babies movement.
Feedback
"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for sending the wrap me up so quickly, it arrived early this afternoon and Liam is fast asleep in it and loving it as always. These wraps are just amazing, thanks for bringing them to us!" Emma
"Whatever swaddle we tried, our son always fought his way out of it because he wanted to suck his thumb. Finally we tried your Wrap Me Up swaddle and it worked like a dream! Thank you for helping my baby sleep better!"
Stephanie, mum of Jack, 6 weeks old.
"My daughter used to hate it when I swaddled her, so by 3 weeks of age I stopped swaddling which led to major sleep deprivation for us as she would wake herself up all the time. Our friend gave us one of your Swaddle Up wraps and she LOVED it. She really loved having her hands near her face. Elsie started waking much less at night and sleeping for longer stretches. Happy baby, happy parents."
Ron, dad of Elsie, 8 weeks old.

Sizing Chart
What is a TOG rating?
TOG stands for 'Thermal Overall Grade', which is a unit of measurement used to calculate the thermal insulation of a product, usually in the textile industry. Love to Dream sleep garments are given a TOG rating according to the warmth they provide. Basically, the higher the TOG, the warmer the product.
To help parents understand which TOG values are right for differing room temperatures, a set of guidelines has been established as per below:
0.2 TOG - ideal for room temperatures between 24°C and 27°C
1.0 TOG - ideal for room temperatures between 20°C and 24°C
2.5 TOG - ideal for room temperatures between 16°C and 20°C
3.5 TOG - ideal for room temperatures below 16°C
The table below provides you with the guidelines around how to dress your baby based on the room temperatures.
The table is only a guide. All babies are different. The number of clothing layers may vary according to a baby's health, their physiology and the room temperature in the room. The care-giver must determine what is suitable.
Note: It is important to check your baby regularly to ensure that they are comfortable and that they do not overheat.
