Materials

- Before first use: Boil for 5 minutes.
- Daily Clean: Wash with mild liquid soap, we recommend NUK Baby Bottle Cleanser and disinfect regularly. Squeeze any trapped water out of the teat and let it air dry.
- When to replace: For safety and hygiene, we recommend replacing soothers every 1–2 months, or at the first sign of wear and tear.
- Safety First: Always inspect the soother by pulling it in all directions, especially if your child is teething. If your child manages to pop the entire soother into their mouth, stay calm - the shield features ventilation holes to ensure they can breathe. Remove it gently. Only use soother chains that meet safety standard EN 12586. NUK pacifiers comply with European Safety Standard EN 1400. Please retain product information and article/LOT number for future reference.
- Hygienic preparation in the microwave: Observe the microwave manufacturer’s instructions. Fill the soother box with water up to the marking and insert the soother. Place the closed box off-centre on the turntable. Heat only according to the specified time/power shown on the box, otherwise material damage may occur. Leave the microwave closed for 5 minutes. Pour away remaining water (Caution: risk of scalding).

We offer fast, economical shipping to Australia, dispatched every week day from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order). Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.
Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.
All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.

Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect condition.
