The Partum Panties Disposable Maternity Underwear can be worn during pregnancy (great for when your waters break!) and after delivery and can be worn all day long without any discomfort. They are super absorbent and can hold around 800-1000mL which leaves you to take in your gorgeous newborn and not have to worry about leakage or discomfort.

They are a great choice for both post-Vaginal and C-Section birth as they are designed to come up high over your wound. The Underwear also have an inner leg liner around the legs to prevent any leakage.

We offer fast, economical shipping to Australia, dispatched every week day from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order or custom size items). Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 10 working days for heavy or bulky orders.

Shipping starts from $8 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.

The majority of packages are shipped with Toll Priority. Bulky or heavy items will generally be shipped with Omni/Australia Post.

Packages are labelled with an Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns. PO Box or Parcel Locker orders are sent with Omni/Aus Post.

Brand Information

I have always been very passionate about supporting women and especially in my role as a Registered Midwife. I am also a mother to two beautiful girls. While working in a busy tertiary hospital helping mums transition into motherhood. I recognized one of the many challenges new mums face, is feeling comfortable with the right underwear. Women want to focus on their new baby and not have to worry about their heavy bleeding or the feeling of discomfort from bulky maternity pads and underwear. In the early postpartum period women often use underwear that are loose or tight. They experience leaking, pads that bunch up and underwear pulls up tightly onto their caesarean or perineum wound. Women are even wearing adult diapers, as there is nothing else on the market available to them. This is why I decided it was time to find a better solution for the postpartum woman. Partum Panties offers pregnant and postpartum women comfort and convenience and we aim to provide women with a product that allows for a greater postpartum recovery.
