Lovingly designed by The Sleep Store, The Glow Friends were created with both safety and snuggles in mind. Loulou Lamb brings calm and comfort to bedtime, helping ease separation anxiety and creating the cosiest, most reassuring sleep environment for your toddler.

With her soft fleece and kind little face, Loulou is designed to help your baby (and you!) unwind at bedtime. Hidden inside her cuddly tummy is a sound and light module that helps settle babies and toddlers with ease. All Glow Friends come in their own adorable sleeping bag, designed to securely attach to the cot. This keeps your Glow Friend close but safely off your baby’s sleep surface.

With easy USB-C charging, intuitive controls, and a memory function that remembers your last settings, Loulou Lamb makes bedtime a little easier and a lot more comforting. Thoughtfully tested and beautifully made, she’s a sleep companion you can trust night after night.

Safe Sleep - For babies under 12 months, Loulou Lamb stays close by in her adorable cot-attaching sleeping bag, keeping baby’s sleep space clear and safe. For toddlers, she becomes a true bedtime buddy - ready for cuddles all night long.

Soothing Sound - Choose from five peaceful sounds including white noise, pink noise (thunderstorm and rain) shushing and a gentle lullaby - rain, rain go away. When you've settled on your sound, choose the volume level to suit your night time routine.

Maximum sound level is 60dB. We recommend using medium and low volumes in most situations. White noise can be used at higher volumes while your baby is falling asleep, then lowered once asleep. Higher sound settings should never be used when the Glow Friend is positioned close to your baby’s ears or head.

Night Light - Your glow friend has a soft glow of adjustable red, warm white or cool white light. The dimmable settings let you create the perfect sleepy-time atmosphere for your little one.

Custom Settings - Along with being able to adjust the volume and brightness level, your Glow Friend has a timer function. Choose from 30, 60 and 120 minutes. It will play continuously if nothing is selected. Your settings will be remembered when it's time to turn back on.

You can have the sound and light run independently.

Battery and Charging - The sound and light module is rechargeable - no more replacing batteries! Simply unzip the storage pouch on the back, remove the module and charge using the included USB-C cable. You will need to provide your own quality power adapter.

A full charge can take up to 3 hours (light turns green when fully charged) and will give you up to 10 hours of battery life. This varies depending on the settings you choose. A higher volume and brightness level will give you less battery life. As the battery depletes, sound quality and light brightness may decrease.

Sound and light features will not work while the module is charging.

Warnings

Read Instructions: Carefully read all instructions before use. Improper use can damage the module, toy, and pose a danger to your child.
Not Toys: The Glow Friend Sleeping Bag, light & sound module, and USB cable are not toys. Use the module only when secured inside the Glow Friend. Ensure the zip is securely fastened.
Placement:

Keep out of reach in a bassinet or Moses basket
Do not place in water. The module is not waterproof
Avoid shaking or hitting the module
Keep away from direct sunlight, fire, and heat sources
Do not place the module directly next to your child’s ear or head.
Do not use on high volumes for extended periods

Choose a firm, flat surface and avoid loose bedding
Keep your little one’s sleep surface clear of toys
Keep baby’s face and head clear at all times.
Always put baby into bed on their back
Stop swaddling when your baby shows signs of rolling

Using Your Glow Friend with babies under 12 months old:
Your Glow Friend has been designed to introduce a soothing bedtime companion, while ensuring their sleep surface is kept clear of soft toys that could be unsafe in their first 12 months. Please read the follow instructions for safe use:

Do not leave the Glow Friend loose in a cot with any child under 12 months to reduce the risk of suffocation.
Securely attach the Glow Friend Sleeping Bag to the top cot rail, out of reach of your baby.
Always place your Glow Friend into their Sleeping Bag attached to the cot and pull over the hood over to secure in place.
Always follow safe sleep practices and keep the sleep surface clear of toys and loose bedding.
If baby is not sleeping in a cot, keep the Glow Friend out of the sleep space.

Using your Glow Friend with toddlers over 12 months old:

Your baby can now cuddle their Glow Friend all night long.
You can use the sleeping bag in the cot or continue having it attached to the cot.
Always ensure the zip pouch for Sound & Light Module is zipped closed before use with your child.

Hand wash or machine wash the soft toy in a laundry bag on a cold, gentle cycle.

Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.

Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.

All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.

Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.
