- Make sure to test patch on skin first. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use. Bee products and coconut oil would be the most likely culprits so we'd recommend further allergy testing around these.
- The Cancer Society recommendation with any sunscreen is to re-apply every two hours, and after getting out of water due to rub-off.
- Because zinc oxide forms a physical barrier, not a chemical one, it theoretically works as soon as applied. However legally our label must tell you to wait 20 minutes before going into the sun.
- Staying in the shade is however still the most effective method of sun protection for people of all ages.

We offer fast, economical shipping to Australia, dispatched every week day from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order). Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.
Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.
All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.
Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.

Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect condition.
