The ergoPouch 2.5 tog Organic Side Zip Premium Sleeping Bag is a superior sleeping bag for tummy sleepers. This sleeping bag has a two-way zip that runs from the neckhole, around the outside of the bag to the bottom, this side zip prevents the zip tab from digging in while they sleep. It also allows the sleeping bag to open out flat, which can make it easier to transition an already-sleeping baby.

Made from a 400 thread count organic cotton outer for a premium feel and stretch inserts on the shoulders to allow baby to move freely. As with all of the ergoPouch sleeping bags, the Side Zip Premium Bag features a two-way zip for ease of use and simple overnight nappy changes. It also features a bell-shaped bottom for healthy hip joint development.

2.5 tog rated for warmth, this is great for the Winter months. The optimal room temperature would be 15-21°C.

This bag is best suited for infants who are rolling and sitting (especially tummy sleepers) and toddlers who still prefer to wear a sleeping bag for sleep over a sleeping suit.

This product complies with the Product Safety Standard (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear Having Reduced Fire Hazard) Regulations 2016 and Safety Standard AS/NZS 1249:2014 (Children's Nightwear and Limited Daywear having Reduced Fire Hazard).

Please use your child's weight to find the most appropriate and safe size for them. A sleeping bag should be well fitted around the neck and the armholes to avoid your baby slipping through. It should also be bell shaped in the bottom to allow for easy leg movement. Please do not size up to the next size until your child meets the weight requirement, for safety reasons.

The Premium Side Zip Sleeping Bag is made from and filled with Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton that is non-toxic and gentle on irritable skin. All ergoPouch fabrics are dyed with non-toxic water based dyes. The Premium Sleeping Bag is reviewed by the Eczema Association of Australasia (EAA) as a skin-friendly product.

Care

How to wash and dry your Side Zip Premium Sleeping Bag -

Gentle cold machine wash in mild detergent.
Do not soak or bleach.
Tumble Dry Low.
Warm Iron if required.
Do not dry clean.

When cared for properly, this product will last several years and can be used for more than one baby. The TOGs don't lose their warmth ratings over time, but a gentle fluff up in the dryer on a low setting helps maintain the fibre's loft, allowing air to circulate more effectively.

Please note: It is recommended you wash any 2.5 tog or 3.5 tog item in a full-load of washing so the water and spin cycle is evenly distributed. If washed alone the stress of the water and spin cycle in the washing machine can cause the filling to separate.

Please allow 3-5 working days for main centres, 5 working days for outside of main centres and up to 8 working days for heavy or bulky orders.

Shipping starts from $12 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.

All packages are sent with New Zealand Post and delivered by Australia Post.

Packages are labelled with a Signature with Authority to Leave if they are less than $300 value so delivery doesn’t require you to be home. Please let us know if you need Signature Required for security concerns.
